Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for Teacher of Media Studies, Creative Media & T Level Content Creation to join our Strode’s College team on a full time, fixed term contract until 31st July 2027. The role pays from T1 £31,133 up to T11 £44,098 which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Teacher of Media Studies, Creative Media & T Level Content Creation
You will teach vocational Creative Digital Media Production, A Level Media Studies, and T Level Content Creation, ensuring high-quality student learning through the effective use of colleges resources. You will be responsible for the delivery of a teaching programme that prioritizes student progression, value-added completion, and the regular assessment of learner progress. Working effectively within a team, you will devise and maintain innovative teaching strategies while supporting extra-mural activities and industry outreach to enhance students' career development.
We are looking for someone who can inspire students and deliver a high standard of student support, maintaining morale and discipline both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a proactive role in promoting the college’s reputation, keeping abreast of curriculum developments, and participating fully in professional development and performance management.
We seek someone who has an appropriate degree and a teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one), alongside Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. You will ideally have recent experience teaching BTEC or A Level Media, possess extensive practical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud and Film Production, and demonstrate a commitment to the college’s Safeguarding, Equality, and Data Protection policies.
