Sessional Tutor in Jewellery and 3D Creation
Tutor in Jewellery and 3D Creation is responsible for effectively delivering a teaching program within their areas of competence, with a focus on developing independent learners and facilitating student progression. They should adapt their teaching methods to meet learners' needs, whether in an online or classroom setting, and regularly monitor and evaluate progress and practice. Additionally, the postholder should promote high levels of student attendance, retention, and achievement. Lastly, the postholder should maintain student morale and discipline both inside and outside of the classroom, in collaboration with college management.
