Multi Trade Lecturer

Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Lecturer of Multi Trades to join the Langley team on a full-time basis. 

Lecturer of Multi Trades

As lecturer of multi-trades, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality teaching and assessment across the subject areas required. You’ll need to ensure the effective delivery and management of the teaching programme within the areas of competence to drive student progress towards successful completion. 

Using regular assessment and review of the specifications of courses laid out by different awarding bodies including apprenticeships, you’ll work with the Programme Manager and Head of Department to develop strategies and new curriculum features to improve the offering of construction courses at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.

As part of the role, you will be an inspirational teacher of learners, supporting them both academically and pastorally including the maintenance and building of morale, discipline and helping them to realise their hopes and aspirations.
