HR Coordinator - Industry Placement Opportunity

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is offering an opportunity for an HR Coordinator within our busy HR Department. This role is designed for individuals undertaking a placement year as part of a relevant course of study. We welcome applications from all eligible students, regardless of age, who are seeking to gain practical experience as part of their academic programme.

The role will begin on a part time basis at 20 hours per week until May/June, when the hours will increase to full time at 37 hours per week for the remainder of the placement, which runs until February 2027.

The salary for this role is Scale G17 £24,983 per annum (£13,504 pro rata for 20 hours per week).

 

Industry Placement HR Coordinator 

Gain practical HR experience through an industry placement where you will work within a busy and professional HR team. You'll see first hand how HR processes support staff and the broader College community, allowing you to develop valuable skills and make a significant impact from day one.

This is more than an administrative role. You will engage in real HR processes that ensure the College operates smoothly, while gaining experience that will strengthen your future career. From the outset, you will contribute to important work, gain insight into the entire employee lifecycle, and be part of a collaborative professional team.

We are seeking someone who is organised, detail oriented, and confident in taking the initiative while also being a supportive team player. You will communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing, handle sensitive information with professionalism, and be adaptable in travelling between our BCA and Langley campuses as required.
