Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Commercial Services Administrative and Compliance Assistant t to join the Langley team on a full-time basis. 

Commercial Services Administrative and Compliance Assistant 

The job purpose of this role is to provide support in the day-to-day administration and compliance functions of the Commercial short-course Training department. This includes assisting in the development of full-cost short courses for the Green Skills Academy and supporting the development of short courses in other industry sectors

The main responsibilities of the post include:

  1. Handling inquiries through various channels and providing excellent customer service by ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  2. Acting as a liaison with other College departments and providing relevant information to teams such as Admissions, Finance, MIS, IT, and Reprographics.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of scheduled short courses, including attendee numbers, in the approved scheduling spreadsheet.
  4. Supporting the smooth operation of courses on-site and maintaining the Commercial office facilities, including efficient filing systems.
  5. Creating, preparing, and reviewing short course training materials and assessment paperwork, and suggesting improvements where necessary.

Additionally, the post involves ensuring compliance of course training materials with Awarding Organizations' guidelines, ordering course materials, monitoring attendance, preparing feedback forms, and managing pre-payment timelines. The role also includes collating and verifying assessment paperwork, supporting the preparation of data returns and reports related to funded grants, maintaining accurate records/documentation for GDPR compliance, preparing monthly reports on various aspects, updating the College Groups' CRM system, assisting the Head of Commercial with new training programs, and fulfilling the role of department Champion for Ofsted requirements and documentation. Professional development training may be required, and the post may involve other duties, tasks, and projects as necessary.
