Apprenticeship Support Officer
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who is driven to support young people and make a real impact behind the scenes of successful apprenticeship programmes.
As an Apprenticeship Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of delivery supporting apprentices and employers while ensuring off the job training hours are accurately tracked, compliant and audit ready. Working closely with Skills Coaches and delivery teams, you’ll keep learners on track, motivated, and fully supported throughout their journey. This includes delivering engaging training sessions, monitoring attendance for both apprenticeship programmes and functional skills and producing timely reports for employers.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and Canva to maintain accurate records across multiple systems, support enrolment and respond to safeguarding concerns with care.
If you have experience working with apprentices, handling sensitive data, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity. If you have previously worked with awarding bodies, EPAOs or curriculum teams, this will be to your advantage in delivering a high quality support service.
