Apprentice Business Services Administrator

Windsor Forest College Group is looking for an Apprentice Business Services Administrator to join the Apprenticeships team at our Slough & Langley campus on an 18-Month Fixed Term contract working on a Full Time (37 Hours Per Week) basis. 

Apprentice Business Services Administrator

The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the day-to-day operation and administration of the Business Development Team, ensuring successful Apprenticeship enrolments, and providing administrative support. The Administrator will be responsible for processing apprenticeship applications, monitoring compliance checks, creating evidence packs for new starters, and handling telephone and email enquiries. They will also be required to maintain the college CRM, provide support for events planning, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

In terms of qualifications, the job requires a minimum Grade C/4 at GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent. Experience in data entry and administration skills is also desirable. The ideal candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills, IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet), flexibility, adaptability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
